I work alongside founders and leadership teams to build new businesses, establish functions and lead change. I’m most useful when the work is important and the path isn’t yet clear.
Lead a function or project
I take responsibility for a core function or a critical project, especially when the scope is still taking shape. I set priorities, bring the right people together and lead the work through to delivery.
Build a new business
I develop and test the concept, build the investment case and lead the work needed to launch. That includes putting the team and operations in place so the business can run.
Lead change across teams
I redesign how work gets done and put the changes into practice. My current focus is AI-native operations: connecting company data and tools, deploying agents and helping teams adopt new ways of working.

I work as part of your team, with clear responsibility for decisions and results. We agree the priorities, review progress and adjust as we learn. I build the processes and capability the team needs to keep going.
