I started in strategy consulting, moved into building new ventures, then into leadership at Axelera AI. Today, I help companies build and scale by taking responsibility for the work.
Strategy consulting
At Monitor Deloitte, I advised leadership teams in technology, industrial and consumer products businesses on strategy, growth and operational performance. My work covered market entry, commercial due diligence for acquisitions and post-merger integration.
Examples include a US market-entry strategy that secured pilot customers for an Australian AgTech business, and helping Honda Australia redesign its business model and transition to agency sales.
Zero-to-one venture building
At BCG Digital Ventures, I built corporate-backed businesses from concept to launch. I developed and tested more than 100 venture concepts and built and pitched investment cases that secured over $25m in corporate venture funding.
For one fintech venture, I acted as interim Head of Product and led a team of ten engineers and designers through product development and launch, then helped hire the permanent team. The product reached more than 200,000 downloads in its first year.
Deep-tech scale-up
Axelera AI is a European semiconductor company developing energy-efficient AI inference accelerators and software for edge and data-centre applications. By February 2026, it had shipped to 500 customers worldwide and secured over US$450 million in equity funding, grants and venture debt.
I joined after its Series A as Director and Chief of Staff to the CEO. I led the €72m Series B fundraising process, owning investor materials, financials and due diligence. I also ran company planning and board and investor reporting, and led AI transformation across departments.
To enable Axelera's AI transformation, I built the company's data and analytics foundation in six weeks. I cut investor reporting work from weeks to hours and deployed AI agents into production. I also built a six-figure online sales channel and opened the defence market.
What I do now
I join companies to launch ventures and run core functions, with a particular focus on AI-native operational transformation. I redesign processes, connect AI to company knowledge and tools, and deploy agents into production. I also lead the shift to new ways of working.
